The world is a crazy place right now. It’s hard to know what to do, think or feel in any given moment.
One day you feel calm and the next it’s as though things will never get better and you’re not coping as well as you thought.
This past year we’ve all experienced challenges beyond what we ever thought was possible and the emotional rollercoaster that came along with it.
You’re worried about returning to “normal” life as lockdown eases and how you will cope
You're glad things are moving in the right direction but you're stressing about how to maintain balance as your calendar starts to fill up again
Life always feels full on and turbo speed and you wish you could slow down and take time for yourself
The people in your life don't always "get it" and you feel as though you have to say you're fine even though you're struggling
Putting yourself first feels totally unattainable right now and your needs are always at the bottom of the list
Wouldn’t it be nice to:
Have a space to share the frustration and emotion that is coming up for you with someone totally neutral and unjudgmental that actually listens
Identify what you can and can’t change in life so that you can release and let go of the negativity that seems to be swamping you right now
Feel you’ve got tools to cope on that emotional rollercoaster, so the lows don’t bring you down so often or so hard
In this 60 minute session, I will hold space for you to bring whatever is on your mind and going on in your life.
After the session you will feel that you have been truly listened to and secure in the knowledge that you can handle whatever life throws at you.
You will realise that it’s not just you who is struggling, that your problems are just as important as anybody else’s and that you’re able to do what’s best for you.
You will be able to recognise what you can and can’t change, and what to accept and let go of.
1 x 60 minute session hosted on Zoom
Detailed notes of what we discussed during the session so you remember the tools and topics we covered, to revisit whenever you’re having a wobble
A recording of the session to refer back to if it helps re-centre you
Any tools and resources that I think will help you cope and move forward positively from where you’re at right now

How is this different to other coaching packages you offer?
This session is for those who feel they need some short term support and are largely wanting to feel supported, listened to and able to listen to their emotions.
My 3 month coaching package is for those who want long term support and are wanting stop coasting, take action and have a positive impact on the world whilst still supporting their own needs. You can find out more about this package here.

Can I have multiple Safe Space Sessions?
